Housing minister Brandon Lewis introduced the governments Housing and Planning Bill to Parliament on 13 October 2015 as “an historic moment that will help deliver the homes hard-working people rightly deserve, transforming generation rent into generation buy”.

On the day that the Bill receives its second reading in Parliament, we are pleased to share our summary of the housing related provisions contained within the Bill with some commentary of potential impact.
