We can't wait for Robin Hood Week!
Nottingham holds its first ever Robin Hood Week from 17 October. It's great timing for half-term - there will be Robin themed fun in libraries, and a whole programme of entertainment to take part in coming to the Old Market Square, including medieval street theatre, the chance to meet Robin Hood, combat displays, and medieval justice!
The Robin Hood Pageant will end the week in style from Friday 23 October - Sunday 25 October, and we're bringing back the thrilling Night Jousts that so many of you loved last year! Find out more and get tickets for the Pageant.
Speaking of Robin Hood... if you're going to the Robin Hood Beer and Cider Festival taking place from Wednesday - Sunday this week at Nottingham Castle, enjoy!
If you live in Nottingham city centre and receive the Arrow, you should already have received your copy of What's On through the post - we hope you're enjoying it!

Don't miss the Hockley Hustle, taking place all day on Sunday 11 October in Hockley. As well as being a chance to have great fun listening to the best local and up-and-coming new bands live, you'll also be supporting six local charities through your £10 ticket.

Dallahan exploded onto the traditional music scene in 2013. Their original music and arrangements of traditional Irish tunes and songs have secured engagements in the USA, Copenhagen Irish Festival and Celtic Connections and now Lakeside welcomes them to Nottingham for the first time.
Explore the exciting new area of microfilms - very short films! If you're an aspiring filmmaker, animator or director, don't miss the chance to meet industry legends and make links with businesses and studios!
If you haven't heard of microfilms but you love film, why not come along and see some and find out more? You'll get to watch some of the best films submitted to the festival in that area, plus hear from their producers, directors and writers.

Castle Wharf will be alive with working boats once more as part of this special event. 20 boats will bring colour and their history to the city.
