Happy International Older People’s Day!
Age Friendly Nottingham has been celebrating this special
day since Monday when older people staged a sit-in at the front of the Council
House to launch Nottingham’s ‘Take A Seat’ campaign (more details are given
later in this bulletin).
Partners across the city have celebrated older people by
holding information events, tea dances, guided walks and much, much more. If you have any good photos or stories that
you would like to share with us, please let us know.
Best wishes
Councillor Eunice Campbell

take the weight off their fee and catch their breath.
Participating premises will be listed on the ‘Take
A Seat’ web site (under development). If
