Job Summary

To provide a comprehensive and flexible council wide business support service to internal and external customers of Nottingham City Council, enabling consistency of service delivery across the council, working in multiple council offices/service areas.

This post is a council-wide resource within Business Support and the post holder must therefore be willing to work at any location within the city and travel within the City to meet the requirements of the role.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

-  To provide a comprehensive and flexible business support service across the Council including the development of reports and presentations.

-  To advise and respond to a range of enquiries from customers, signposting services and requesting responses on their behalf.

-  To progress chase on a range of matters to ensure colleagues achieve Corporate, Departmental and external deadlines.

-  To give instruction to and allocate work to immediate colleagues to ensure the Business Support service provided supports the service.

This post is the subject to a DBS enhanced check for a regulated activity.
