Certain Nottingham City Council roles that are advertised carry a Residency Requirement, this means that in order for you to apply for this role you must live within the Nottingham City Council Administrative Boundary.

We have introduced the Residency Requirement because we are striving to achieve a representative workforce that reflects the community we serve. We also feel that by increasing the level of employment amongst those that live within the Nottingham City boundary will enable more local people to become more economically active.

Please Note that the Residency Requirement DOES NOT apply to disabled applicants or to young people connected to the Council's Leaving Care Team or Looked After Team.
