Multiple Casual roles available

To provide safe and appropriate personalised care and support to citizens in a way that that maintains their dignity, maximises independence and gives them choice and control over the way their care is provided. To work in any area of Adult Social Care, whether in the home, the community or within a Council establishment and to be prepared to work with Citizens with different and varying needs.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

1. Ability to undertake personal care tasks

2. Experience of working in social care preferably in a paid capacity.

3. Ability to communicate clearly in writing

4. Ability to identify and assess risks and emergency situations.

This is a casual post. Shifts are not guaranteed. Work will be in various locations throughout the City. Work will primarily be in residential and day services. Casual staff will only be used once all pre-employment checks have been completed and an induction programme attended.

This post is the subject of a DBS enhanced check for a regulated activity
