Updates have been made to the Nottinghamshire and Nottingham City Safeguarding Children Procedures and are now published online.

This is the second update of the joint procedures which became operational on 1st May 2014.  In the Templates section of the procedures, you will now find that there are templates for multi-agency reports to Child Protection Conferences, one for County conferences and one for City conferences.  Agencies which do not have their own well established templates are encouraged to use these for their reports.

The NCSCB have agreed a Multi-agency Referral Form for referrals to Children & Families Direct in the City. From 1 September 2015, this will be found on the Children & Families Direct webpage which is signposted from the ‘Referrals’ section of the web based procedures.

There is a wealth of information on the website which includes Safeguarding and good practice guides as well as local contacts.
