Two posts available.

The SEN service works closely with families and partners to ensure the effective placement of children with SENs in schools and other settings. We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed team member to join a very busy office to help us improve outcomes for City children with learning difficulties and disabilities.

The post holder’s responsibilities include written and oral communication with families and professionals, following established administrative processes including completion of legal documents, organising transport according to Nottingham City’s Home-to-School transort policy, maintaining files and databases, collating and organising information in preparation for reviews and tribunals, and to act as first point of contact for a wide range of written and oral queries from internal and external customers in relation to all SEN matters.

Pease note this job does not involve face to face working with children and young people.
