JOB SUMMARY: To act as a first point of contact for billing related queries and resolution. To seek and resolve billing and consumption issues. To provide a high level of customer service in order to process all queries with minimal client intervention to satisfaction and maximise income recovery. This may include managing credit control and debt recovery processes and associated customer service and retention duties. ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS: • Knowledge of debt recovery procedures; • Knowledge of computerised payments/systems and accounting systems. • Experience of customer service/problem solving. • Ability to organise and prioritise work in a team environment working to deadlines.
