To be responsible for dealing with Council Tax administration and Recovery queries, primarily over the phone but also serving citizens face to face and via correspondence. To accurately administer Council Tax and maximise collection through a variety of debt collection methods. This is primarily a customer service role based on telephone services ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS: 1. Ability to operate within a telephony, target based environment. 2. Ability to manage customer contact and call control effectively to ensure the customer’s needs are met whilst minimising call duration. 3. Experience of directly dealing with customers across a range of access channels, and resolving queries. 4.
