This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy and dynamic Legal Services team.  The role involves providing an excellent secretarial and administrative support service to a team of Solicitors and Legal Executives.  It will involve the preparation and completion of documentation relating to property  elated transactions entered into by or affecting the Council.
A key part of the role is that we require you to be able to use our in house audio digital dictation system Big Hand. You will be required to produce documents to a high standard with a minimum of 95% accuracy working to strict deadlines. In addition you will also be required to carry out document assimilation, collation and preparation largely unsupervised as well as pay and create invoices.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

  1. The position will suit someone who is personable, professional, and a team player who works well under pressure.
    2. Previous experience of working in a legal environment (preferably Conveyancing related) is highly desirable.
    3. Conversant in the use of Microsoft Office
