The Business Analyst will work in partnership with senior managers, deploying expert business analysis skill and broad business knowledge to create solutions that provide significant business benefit. They remain engaged throughout development and implementation to manage requirements change, validate the solution and prepare the business for implementation. They leverage a strong business and industry acumen, as well as a broad understanding of an energy supply business and its core functions and responsibilities.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

1) Data Rational: The business analyst will produce business change initiatives that need to be backed up with solid evidence obtained from collecting and processing business data

2) Evaluative: The business analyst will prepare critical assessments of different alternatives for process improvements

3) Detail Conscious: The business analyst will need to ensure all scenarios have been considered when proposing a business change initiative

4) Conscientious: The business analyst will face deadlines driven by regulatory requirements that will need to be strictly met
