We are looking for Windows deployment engineers to assist with an IT refresh and upgrade to Microsoft Windows 7 and Microsoft Office 2010. The team will be responsible for building, delivering and commissioning devices. Ideal candidates will have some demonstrable experience of deploying and/or supporting Microsoft Windows 7 and Microsoft Office 10 applications although candidates than can demonstrate an aptitude towards the technical aspects of the job would also be considered.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

- Rollout Engineers will be required to support colleagues across the organisation in the transition to the new products.

- Demonstrate how existing and new functions work in the upgraded versions.

- Excellent technical skills.

- Excellent communication skills.

- Excellent customer service ethic.

A valid Driving Licence would be an advantage but is not essential.

Do you want to make a difference to people using Adult Social Care in Nottingham City?

The senior Business Implementation Officer will work with the Business improvement team to lead and manage the delivery of business efficiency and improvement by focusing on developing improvements to systems and processes that impact frontline colleagues, our citizens and carers.

You will have experience working on large scale projects or programmes and implementing these with internal and external partners to ensure a successful outcome.

You will understand the challenges facing social care and have the resilience and creativity to support the team through these in their projects.

Working closely with senior management you will be adaptable and flexible to respond to the needs of the department.

You will have supervisory skills to support the team and implement Nottingham City Council’s policies and procedures.

This post is subject to a DBS enhanced check for a regulated activity
