Using the new MOT testing service

Please share this information with your testers and any other staff. This will help you to start using the new MOT testing service when you switchover.

Please make sure all your fallback tests have been verified before you switchover to make sure your VTS is not suspended in the new service.

If you need to use contingency testing or have any technical problems using the new service you must contact our Business Service Desk (BSD).

8am to 2pm Saturday (excluding public holidays)

Don’t contact your Area Office, Customer Service Centre or the Atos Helpdesk as they will not be able to help you.
