Quality Assurance

We are combining new information, feedback from children and families and performance data into regular reports to give an overview of the quality and impact of our services, to help managers and staff focus on where outcomes can be improved. What is the next step?

Looked After Children

We have identified groups both within Devon County Council and our partners who deal with the aspects of our services, where our self-assessment made recommendations for action. We will be looking at how we can best work together across agencies to improve services for Looked After Children.

We are going to bring together a Planning and Delivery Group to prioritise and co-ordinate the work on these recommendations so that we have a full, up-to-date picture of what we are doing to improve the lives of the children and young people we look after

Lean Review

Following delivery of the lean process review, a project has been established for implementation of the recommendations that were included in the full report  and which is available to read
