Dear Head Teachers,
Please
find information regarding our new Single Point of Access which
provides a single telephone number, address and email address to contact us to
support you accessing Integrated Children’s Services, Devon. This is the route to access all our services
for children with additional needs including Child and Adolescent Mental Health
Services (CAMHS), Speech and Language Therapy and specialist assessments for
under 5’s. A full list is contained within this flyer.
This
is being launched alongside our new Integrated Children’s Services Website.
This is an exciting development which provides you with access to advice on
what you can do to help support a young person, information on how to refer
into our specialist services for children with additional needs including CAMHS
Services and the documentation required to support a referral.
Both
of these initiatives have been designed with referrers, parents and young
people and should enable you to access support and advice more readily. Please
contact me if you have any comments on these arrangements as we always welcome
feedback on how we are doing.
