Dear Colleagues
Earlier this term Devon Education Forum SFG approved an Action Plan stating that where LLC/School cluster MEG Service Agreement Forms (SAFs) had not been submitted by 15th February 2016, the Devon Music Education Hub (DMEH) Board would reserve the right to reallocate funds to other priorities.
The DMEH Board met 18.01.16 and agreed that the following priorities for spend would apply to any MEG remaining where SAFs had not been submitted by the deadline:
- IT equipment to support rural isolation
- Additional instrument sets to support Whole Class Ensemble Tuition (WCET) & replace older instrument stock
- Targeted further delegation to isolated communities
The deadline has been extended to Wednesday 25th February. After that date, funds will be reallocated. 12 LLCs/Clusters have yet to submit theirs and
risk not being in receipt of funding
Could you please let Ken Parr have a copy of your LLC/Cluster SAF by 25th February so that he can ensure MEG is used effectively.
