of the telephone exchange at County Hall, to ensure continued
resilience. This unavoidable work means that from 1.30pm to
4.30pm the majority of the telephone extensions on the DCC 01392 38xxxx
network will not receive external incoming calls. Extensions at County

Booking
and cancelling meeting rooms Our meeting
rooms in 310, County Hall are frequently booked up, but we can see there are
many occasions when the ‘booked’ rooms are not actually being used. Please
can room organisers ensure that their bookings are cancelled if meetings are
rescheduled or not longer needed.

room upgrades A project is underway to provide more facilities
