Those schools will be consulted on their preferences for the future of the service, including the principal questions asked in the DAPH survey (i.e. regarding a user-pays model, delivered by a third party). DCC remain committed to continuing their discussions with Devon Norse as a potential third party concurrent with the new survey and in advance of the final Cabinet report (this is because the arrangements, if that route is followed, are complex and time consuming so it makes sense to continue with the groundwork albeit in advance of a Cabinet decision). The Cabinet report will be scheduled for January and formal actions towards an approved goal will commence after that.
