Devon is an excellent place
to live and work, although for some it can be challenging. With tough
decisions being made about public services, Devon County Council is asking
people to let the council know how the changes are affecting them and their

horse riders are being urged to wear reflective and fluorescent clothing
to ensure they can be seen on the county’s roads as the winter nights
