Community mental health survey

We’ve published the results of our 2016 community mental health survey. The results show that people’s experiences of being cared for in the community for their mental health problems have not improved over the past year. 

We have written to the four worst-performing trusts to ask them to outline what actions they will take to address our concerns.

This month we ran a campaign focusing on the difficulties people with invisible conditions face when they are using services. Problems highlighted ranged from continuity of care to achieving a specific diagnosis.
