Harvest Fest is upon us again

Our free all day festival in the cathedral ruins are a chance for local green initiatives to showcase their previous years hard work and share details on how you can get involved in their amazing programs.

As usual we'll also have a full schedule of amazing live music, family activities and games including;

• 12:15pm, 1:30pm/ and 3pm - Rebel Ariel
• 12:30pm - The Maphia
• 1:45pm - Apple Trio
• 2:30pm - Wolly the Clown
• 3:15pm - Duck Thieves

We'll also have workshops including:

• Leaf Bashing with Roots in Nature
• T-shirt Printing with Pigeonhole Studios
• Circus Activities with Wolly the Clown
• Communal Arts and Crafts
• plus more from our stall holders

Speaking of stall holders - this year we'll have an array of local producers and artists selling their wares including prints, artwork, sustainable fashion, soap and more.

We'll also have food and drink from some of our favourite outlets and vendors including seasonal meals from The Pod, local ales from Twisted Barrel and coffee and cakes from the Caffeine Project.

We'll also be joined by Dr Bike, a free service funded by Coventry City council who will check your bike and carry out minor repairs on the spot, totally free of charge.

They can also support minor adjustments to pedals, seat posts, pannier racks and mudguards.

We know it's been a tough year for growers this year which is why we want to celebrate all we've achieved with our 'Best in Show' competition that spotlights our best, biggest and most unusual harvests this year.

Veg, herbs and flowers all eligible and there will be a top prize for each category.

The display table will be signposted on the day. Just leave your entry and name/group for all to see and our judges will make their decisions at 4pm.
