Blog post: health and social care integration

Claire_Sweeney

If you are interested in health and social care integration Claire Sweeney's blog post on the topic is well worth a read.

She's an assistant director with Audit Scotland and leads on the area for the organisation.

In the post she talks about how audit is supporting the reforms; the challenges that need to be overcome and the encouraging signs she has seen in the course of her work.

Election moratorium

Voting sign

In line with many other public bodies, Audit Scotland will observe a publications moratorium over the general election period.

We will not publish any reports between 9 April and 7 May.

Our next report publication will be on Scotland's Colleges (2 April).  After the moratorium, on 21 May, we will publish a report on the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service.

Over the coming months we also have Best Value reports on Falkirk and Aberdeen City Councils and a targeted follow-up report on managing ICT contracts.
