US 290 HOV/HOT LANE CLOSES FOR SATURDAY FREEWAY CONSTRUCTION

Construction work begins Saturday morning, extends through day

The US-290 HOV/HOT lane will be closed this Saturday, Aug. 29, 2015. Normal operation of this lane will resume on Sunday morning, August 30 at 10 a.m.

METRO is closing the US 290 HOV/HOT lane at the request of TxDOT. US-290 is undergoing major reconstruction and freeway widening.
