Jacobs Engineering has completed its move to the Harwood Building in
downtown Dallas. Around 350 employees will be relocated there over the
next two years, consolidating their regional offices from three offices

ft at Wynnewood Village. The store sells men’s, women’s and children’s
clothing “catering to high density African-American & Hispanic

The 38 year old mall is South Oak Cliff is undergoing a revitalization.
Now at 80 percent occupancy, city leaders, residents and business
leaders are optimistic for continuing the transformation. In 2009 the

utility system and other fundamentals, attracted new tenants, and kept
anchors Macy’s, Sears, and Burlington Coat Factory, while demolishing the

Texas high-tech industry created a net 10,000 new jobs from 2011 to
