SF distribution center at the northwest corner of I-20 and I-45 in southern

- The Federal Housing Finance Agency House Price Index is calculated using home sales price information gathered from mortgages sold to or guaranteed by Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.
- Dallas area home prices increased 1.1 percent in the fourth quarter of 2014. Over the same time period U.S. home prices also rose 0.8 percent.
- Nationally, the Sherman-Denison, TX area experienced the largest gain, increasing 9.9 percent. The Watertown-Fort Drum, NY area experienced the largest price decrease, declining 8.3 percent.
