SAINT PAUL – The City of Saint Paul Department of Human Rights and Equal Economic Opportunity (HREEO), the Saint Paul HREEO Commission, and William Mitchell College of Law’s “World Without Genocide” program are co-sponsoring a special commemorative event to remember victims of genocide. “Rescuing the Children” will honor the 20th anniversary of the Rwandan Genocide. Jack Rendler, Chair of the Board of Directors of World Without Genocide, will speak about his work with the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) rescuing Rwandan children.
