OWEB is implementing the recently updated federal government Uniform Administrative Requirements (OMB Super Circular) that combines eight grant-related circulars into one document (2 CFR). These changes affect OWEB’s Grant Administration budget categories and requires OWEB Grantees to be legal entities. These changes are incorporated into the OWEB applications which are due October 19 and 20, 2015. We have scheduled two webinars to walk you through the changes.
