Service Alert: Pioneer Square North MAX Station to close starting Monday, May 4

Starting Monday, May 4, construction for our new electronic fare (e-fare) system continues at Pioneer Square North MAX Station. Work will last about a week and the station will be closed during this time. Please catch Blue and Red line trains at the Galleria/SW 10^th Ave or the Mall/SW 5^th Ave stations. Sidewalks alongside the station will remain open.

Construction will also begin next week at Pioneer Courthouse/SW 6th Ave, Delta Park/Vanport, Kenton/N Denver MAX stations and at the N Lombard Transit Center. These stations will remain open and served by trains during construction.

Work hours will be from 7 a.m. through 6 p.m., Monday–Saturday. Expect some noise from jack-hammering, saw cutting and excavation. Nearby businesses will remain open during construction.
