Campaign urges Oregonians to look out for each other

The winter solstice marks the “shortest” day of the year. With the dark and stormy weather and the increase in people out and about for holiday shopping, parties and more, the Oregonian Crossing team’s latest safety campaign piece, an animated gif, calls attention to the importance of looking out for each other.
