To all District Test Coordinators, District Superintendents, and Site Principals:
As many of you are aware, there are some glitches in the data loaded in the Wave Post Code application. The problems appear in the No Score Code; Duplicate Student/Subject; ELL First Year Exempt; Emergency Exempt; Invalidation; Student Valid Attempt; and the Title X columns. There are also duplicate test records. These issues are being addressed now and we anticipate a resolution of these issues by early next week.
Your district has two options. You may choose to wait until next week for the resolved file to be available in the Post Code application.
If you do not wish to wait, you may continuing working with the unresolved file in the Post Code application to correct these errors and complete the report. Any corrections that a district makes and “confirms” in the application will not be overridden by the resolved file when it is available (the SDE can always re-open the confirmed file at your direction).
We appreciate your continued patience as we work to resolve these issues. We acknowledge the frustrations that are caused by these problems, and we are working diligently to provide a solution as soon as possible.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact the SDE at (405)521-3333.
