We are now less than 60 working days to Go-Live! The EBS Upgrade Team will wrap up unit testing next week and integration testing will take center stage. Remember -- integration tests the entire system. This means bug hunting and exterminating on a broader scale ramps up.
At the same time, additional members of the Team have been conducting multiple dress rehearsals for Thanksgiving weekend and each one has shown improvement in the process.
Once integration testing wraps up next month, the project will move into the Testing Phase -- which features User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Project partners will occupy the Black Mesa Proving Ground at ISD-Midtown to put 9.2 through its paces.
For those of you keeping track on the map above, we are just about to cross over into the Testing Phase.
Follow along on your own Milestone Map.
Video Demos Available
Don't forget to access the 9.2 Financials Upgrade Delta Training Video Series. Videos currently available include Budget Detail Search and 9.2 Navigation.
The Upgrade Team encourages all users to take a look at the videos -- regardless of the content -- so you can get a look at the new 9.2 environment.

More Upgrade Manuals
EBS financials manuals are, and always have been, available on the EBS Financials Page for end-users to download and use at their convenience.
An updated Inventory Replenishment manual manual for the upgraded 9.2 environment is available at the above link. Just look for manuals with a 2014 date.
How to Use EBS Manuals
EBS manuals do not train individual agency business processes. They are PeopleSoft manuals to teach end-users how to use the software. How your agency uses it and what your agency requires as data and input for the software is a business process and can vary greatly from agency to agency.
Best Practice
- All manuals are Microsoft Word documents.
- Download the manual you want.
- Add your agency business processes in the appropriate spots within the manual.
And there you have it -- one resource that includes important technical information about the software AND your own agency rules!
