20x2020: Your Agency Infrastructure Forms

You are receiving this email because you are listed as the point of contact or data source for your agency's or institution's participation in the 20x2020 Oklahoma Facilities Energy Program.  

Please provide the infrastructure background information by May 21st to give the program team a complete record of your agency facilities, who should be involved in your agency's or institution's program and the scope of your energy savings potential. This is your opportunity to ensure that your agency's or institution's facilities are listed accurately in the statewide energy accounting database and that the program team is aware of all facilities that should be included. Also, this information is required before ES2 can recommend the hours per week that your organization would benefit from having a designated Energy Manager. 

There are three steps to provide agency infrastructure information:

1.     Online Questionnaire

2.     Spreadsheet  

3.     Organization Chart 

Step 1: Online Questionnaire

Please complete a brief online questionnaire.  The 10 questions ask you to specify your agency or institution, its headquarters address, total estimated square feet of building space for which you pay utility costs, total estimated annual utility expenditures, total number of buildings, and the public relations contact information for your agency or institution.  When the survey asks for a numerical answer, you must enter only numerals. For example, do not include units such as "square feet."  For the first question, if your institution is not available in the drop down list, please select the most relevant agency (such as Department of Career and Technology Education) and then specify your institution's name in the second question. 

Step 2: Spreadsheet

Please download and complete the agency infrastructure spreadsheet. To complete this spreadsheet, you will need to list each of your facilities, answer a few questions about each facility's ownership and utility systems, and provide contact information for those who will be involved in managing your agency's program. Please note that the spreadsheet contains two worksheets. You will need to select a building category from the program's list for each building; a list of building categories is available online. Once you have completed the spreadsheet, please email it to 20x2020@omes.ok.gov and copy cfarr@es2ok.com

Step 3: Organization Chart

Please email an organization chart showing how your agency relates back to its cabinet secretary to 20x2020@omes.ok.gov and copy  cfarr@es2ok.com.  If you do not have a chart, you may send a written description. What we need to know is which cabinet secretary your agency reports to and whether there are any entities in the organizational structure in between the secretary and your organization.
