Request for Review

The WCB and its Monitoring Unit are aware that the application for requesting review of penalized FROI transactions on the Board’s website is not available for carriers/self-insureds to use. The Board is working to resolve these issues and plans to have the screens available on Friday, Jan. 22. The deadline for submitting requests for review will be extended to thirty days from that date, meaning they must be received by Feb 21, 2016. The deadline will be adjusted to thirty days from the available date if not available by Friday.
