NYSDEC Announces Streamlined Brownfield Agreement Amendments

NYSDEC has developed a streamlined application and process for amending Brownfield Cleanup Agreements. The new application may be used to add, substitute or remove parties to agreements; and to make minor changes in the property covered by agreements.
The amendment application form also serves as the amendment agreement, thus combining the application and amendment processes.
