The following link opens a public notice about the reclassification of the Eastman Kodak Co. – Kodak Park East (KPE) Site # 828071 (City of Rochester, Monroe County) in New York's Registry of Inactive Hazardous Waste Disposal Sites: 

The State Superfund Program site identified above was recently reclassified as a Class 4 site that no longer presents a significant threat to public health and/or the environment. The public notice explains why this determination was made.
