DEC has created a Sewage Discharge Reporting Toolbox ( http://www.dec.ny.gov/chemical/90323.html ) webpage for publicly owned treatment works (POTWs) and publicly owned sewer systems (POSSs). The page contains forms, guidance documents, and a section that addresses common questions.
Sewage Pollution Right to Know Law Listserv: DEC has created the Sewage Pollution Right to Know Law listserv within the GovDelivery system.
Subscribers will receive information about sewage overflows and bypasses, educational information about public wastewater systems, and updates on the implementation of the law.
To sign-up with GovDelivery ( https://public.govdelivery.com/accounts/NYSDEC/subscriber/new ) for the Sewage Pollution Right to Know Law listserv, enter your email in the "Receive Email Updates and News from NYSDEC" box and check "Sewage Pollution Right to Know Law" under the "Water" category.
