Site Reclassified in Registry of Sites as a Significant Threat

The following link opens a public notice about the reclassification of the Niagara Sanitation Company Site # 932054 (Town of Wheatfield, Niagara County) within New York's State Superfund Program:

The State Superfund Program site identified above was recently reclassified as a Class 2 site that presents a significant threat to public health and/or the environment. The public notice explains why this determination was made.
