RFP Issuance Date: January 22, 2016

Proposal Due Date: March 3, 2016

The purpose of the RFP is to solicit proposals to establish contractual obligations through competitive negotiations for the procurement of services to design and construct projects that improve surface water quality or river habitat statewide.

Amendment 1 of the RFP allows for the use of a 2016 legislative appropriation to fund projects under the RFP, allows for Offerors to submit more than one proposal in response to the RFP, and clarifies RFP Evaluation Factors.
