The City of Charlotte has scheduled several meetings throughout March with various Land Development groups to discuss and obtain feedback on the City's user fee policy. A listing of these meetings is provided below:
Wednesday, March 9th from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm at the National Association of Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP) - Charlotte Chapter Meeting in Conference Room CH-14 of the Charlotte Mecklenburg Government Center (CMGC), 600 East Fourth Street, Charlotte.
Wednesday, March 9th from 1:30 pm to 3:00 pm at the Development Services Technical Advisory Committee (DSTAC) Meeting in Conference Room 136 of the CMGC, 600 East Fourth Street, Charlotte.
Friday, March 11th from 10:00 am to 11:00 am at the Home Builders Association Meeting at 1850 East Third Street, Suite 340 (conference room), Charlotte.
Wednesday, March 16th from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm at the Greater Charlotte Apartment Association Meeting in Conference Room 136 of the CMGC, 600 East Fourth Street, Charlotte, NC.
Thursday, March 17th from 9:00 am to 10:00 am at the Charlotte Water Developer Board Meeting in Conference Room 136 of the CMGC, 600 East Fourth Street, Charlotte, NC.
Thursday, March 17th from 2:30 pm to 4:00 pm at the Charlotte Water Environmental Services Committee Meeting at 4222 Westmont, Charlotte, NC.
Wednesday, March 23rd from 8:00 am to 9:00 am at the Charlotte Chamber Land Use Committee Meeting at the Chamber Offices located at 330 South Tryon Street, Charlotte, NC.
All meetings are open to the public.
DEVELOPMENT SERVICES TECHNICAL ADVISORY (DSTAC) COMMITTEE: Meetings are typically held on the second Wednesday of each month in Room 136 of the Charlotte Mecklenburg Government Center (600 East Fourth Street, Charlotte, NC) from 1:30 pm to 3:00 pm.
STORM WATER ADVISORY COMMISSION (SWAC) MEETING: Meetings are typically held on the third Thursday of each month at 4:30 pm at the Mecklenburg County Offices at 2145 Suttle Avenue, Charlotte, NC.
TREE ADVISORY COMMISSION: Meetings are typically held on the third Tuesday of every month at the Charlotte Mecklenburg Government Center (600 East Fourth Street, Charlotte, NC) beginning at 5:00 pm.
