The City's user fee policy will be discussed at the Charlotte City Council Economic Development and Global Competitiveness Committee Meeting on Thursday, January 21st. The meeting will take place in Room CH-14 of the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Government Center from 12:00 pm to 1:30 pm. The meeting is open to the public.
Please be advised that scheduled pre-submittal meetings (including regular and urban conceptual meetings) are available for public viewing in our database, Accela Citizen Access (ACA).
Please make sure to use the current surety templates and forms when submitting to City Land Development. Current City approved templates for Letters of Credit and Surety Bonds, Final Inspection/Bond Release Request and Surety Action Request Forms are located on the Bond Administration website.
All meetings are open to the public.
DEVELOPMENT SERVICES TECHNICAL ADVISORY (DSTAC) COMMITTEE: Meetings
are typically held on the second Wednesday of each month in Room 136 of the
Charlotte Mecklenburg Government Center (600 East Fourth Street, Charlotte, NC)
from 1:30 pm to 3:00 pm.
STORM WATER ADVISORY COMMISSION (SWAC) MEETING:
Meetings are typically held on the third Thursday of each month at 4:30 pm at
the Hal Marshall Services Center (700 North Tryon Street, Charlotte, NC).
TREE ADVISORY COMMISSION: Meetings are typically
held on the third Tuesday of every month at the Charlotte Mecklenburg
Government Center (600 East Fourth Street, Charlotte, NC) beginning at 5:00 pm.
