Accela Citizen Access (ACA) Upgrade

Over the weekend, Accela is upgrading Accela Citizen Access (ACA), the tool used to submit plans to the City of Charlotte. When you open ACA, an announcement will highlight some major changes to the site. Staff will, also, be available to provide any assistance.
