ACA Update

Accela recently upgraded Accela Citizen Access (ACA), the tool used to submit plans to the City of Charlotte.  Some of the major changes to the site are highlighted under the announcements section on ACA.  In addition, there is a User Guide for New Features on ACA under the Help section.

Register Now for the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Erosion & Sedimentation Control Training Winter Seminar

Openings are available for the Soil Erosion and Sedimentation Control overview seminar and Charlotte-Mecklenburg Certified Site Inspector (CMCSI) certification preparation on Thursday, January 7, 2016.   

To register and pay online for the January 7th CMCSI Seminar, log on Accela Citizen Access and select the CMCSI tab.  Persons who do not  wish to  register and  pay online  may complete and submit a paper  application.  Applications can be downloaded from our website at http://cmcsi.charmeck.org.

Upcoming Stakeholder and Committee Meetings

All meetings are open to the public.

DEVELOPMENT SERVICES TECHNICAL ADVISORY (DSTAC) COMMITTEE: Meetings are typically held on the second Wednesday of each month in Room 136 of the Charlotte Mecklenburg Government Center (600 East Fourth Street, Charlotte, NC) from 1:30 pm to 3:00 pm.

STORM WATER ADVISORY COMMISSION (SWAC) MEETING: Meetings are typically held on the third Thursday of each month at 4:30 pm at the Hal Marshall Services Center (700 North Tryon Street, Charlotte, NC).

TREE ADVISORY COMMISSION: Meetings are typically held on the third Tuesday of every month at the Charlotte Mecklenburg Government Center (600 East Fourth Street, Charlotte, NC) beginning at 5:00 pm.


The City of Charlotte will be closed on Thursday and Friday, November 26th and 27th.
