Missouri's minimum wage rate increased to $7.65. Make sure to print & post the new required poster!

The state minimum wage rate is now $7.65. All businesses are required to pay at minimum, the $7.65 hourly rate, except retail and service businesses whose annual gross sales and business done are less than $500,000. Missouri’s minimum wage rate may increase or decrease based on whether the cost of living rises or falls as measured by the Consumer Price Index. Missouri law does not allow the state’s minimum wage rate to be lower than the federal minimum wage rate.
