ATTENTION

Private Fire Investigators

and

Private Fire Agency Investigator Employees

The following rules pertain to the licensing and regulation of Private Investigators and Private Fire Investigators. As many of you are already aware, private investigators have been required to be licensed since January 30, 2010.

 

What the following rules mean to private fire investigators is that effective March 30, 2014 all private fire investigators and private fire (agency) investigator employees must obtain a license to practice private fire investigations in the state of Missouri.

Forms and instruction letters are currently being worked on for private fire investigators and will be posted on the website as soon as possible. We will email when they are available.

 

PLEASE NOTE: This office cannot begin to accept applications and fees for the licensing of private fire investigators, private fire investigator agencies, private fire agency investigator employees until March 31, 2014.
