Updates - Rochester Code Of Ordinances

The following ordinances have been updated to the Rochester Code of Ordinances:

Chapter 73: Street and Sidewalk Regulations - Section 73.13 has been created and enacted relating to occupying a traffic island, median, or roadway of any street or highway.

Chapter 85D: Aggressive Panhandling - created and enacted regarding aggressive panhandling.

Chapter 125B: Alcoholic Beverages - Clause H of Subdivision 1 of Section 125B.04 has been amended and reenacted relating to small brewer license.

Chapter 125B: Alcoholic Beverages - Subdivision 4 of Section 125B.04 has been amended and reenacted regarding special Sunday licenses.

Chapter 125B: Alcoholic Beverages - Clause F of Subdivision 1 of Section 125B.081 has been amended and reenacted regarding the cost of a malt liquor/small brewer license.
