Public notice on proposed amendment to definition used in air pollution control rules

During the 2013 legislative session, the Minnesota Legislature directed the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency to amend the definition of two terms used in state air pollution control rules. The public is invited to comment on the proposed amended definition of “potential emissions” and “potential to emit” through July 31, 2014. As authorized by the 2013 legislation, the MPCA is using an abbreviated rulemaking process to adopt this amendment.
