Delayed - posting of the Cost Benefit Analysis

The state Legislature has directed the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA) to produce a report that details recommendations for a statewide "recycling refund program" for beverage containers that achieves an 80 percent recycling rate. This report is due to the Legislature in January 2014. Cost benefit analysis

The MPCA will post the draft of the cost benefit analysis on Thursday, January 9.
