Brooklyn Park Library groundbreaking


WHAT

The Hennepin County Board, Hennepin County Property Services, and Hennepin County Library are breaking ground on the Hennepin County Library – Brooklyn Park.

The new 39,000 square foot library, replacing one that has served area residents since 1976, will be more than double the size of the current building. Opening in 2016, it will include flexible interior spaces with a variety of meeting and study rooms to meet changing programming and community needs.

Brooklyn Park, MN  55445

Parking will be available along the south side of College Parkway and on the construction site. Go north on Broadway Avenue just past 85th Avenue North and turn right onto College Parkway.
