(ABC 6 News) -- A bill aimed at better protecting students from bullying at school is now law in Minnesota. Governor Mark Dayton signed the legislation this afternoon following its passage in the house.
The Safe and Supportive Schools Act requires all schools to develop a comprehensive anti-bullying policy. Schools must also investigate all allegations in a timely manner and train staff on prevention. [Read More]
